Pricing Tiers

The following pricing tiers apply to all subscriptions. Tier placement is determined by the total number of indexed pages (“Document Count”) across all configured source and target sets in the Client’s project.

Subscriptions are billed annually in advance

Tier 5 — Custom Pricing

Clients with a Document Count exceeding 500,000 pages require a custom pricing arrangement. Custom pricing will be determined based on project scope, crawl complexity, and computational requirements. Please contact your Graphite account representative to discuss pricing.

Additional Modules

Each tier includes up to three (3) API modules (endpoints). Additional modules beyond the included allocation are available at $600 per module per year. Modules may be added or removed during the Term with 30 days’ written notice to Graphite and will be invoiced on a prorated basis for the remainder of the then-current Term.

Tier Adjustments

Graphite may audit the Client’s Document Count at any time.

If the Client’s Document Count exceeds the limits of their current tier, Graphite will notify the Client and issue an invoice for the prorated difference between the current tier and the applicable higher tier for the remainder of the then-current Term.

If the Client’s Document Count decreases during the Term, no refunds or credits will be issued. Any downgrade will take effect at the next renewal.
